This morning, February 20, two swans (most likely Trumpeter but possibly Tundra) flew at low altitude over our house, heading northwest. We are located 1.5 km east of Keene. We do have one [ or two ? ] pairs of Sandhill Cranes that stay all summer in the bog near the mouth of the Indian River, which I find rather odd.
