More signs of the season

Must be fall. On the day that fall comes, a “woolly bear” (Spotted Tussock Moth caterpillar)  was on our patio step. Four American Coots in North End pond – an uncommon sighting

I saw these four American Coots in a pond in the north end of Peterborough on Sunday afternoon (Sept. 21). The pond is at the corner of Fairbairn  Street and the 3rd Line (County Road 19). Jeff Keller
