Great Horned Owl (Luke Berg)

Great Horned Owl (Luke Berg)

Last night I went to look for Eastern Whip-poor-wills just outside Warsaw. At the bridge on Rock St in Warsaw there was a Red-shouldered Hawk calling in the dark. Two km down Centre Road (in Douro-Dummer) there were four Eastern Whip-poor-wills calling from the large field opposite the two houses. The best animal of the evening by far were three wolves calling back and fourth to each other about 200m down Centre Road (new county animal for me). There was also a Great-horned Owl at the University Road wetland. I was able to get a picture.
