This morning, May 7,  at the hummingbird feeder, I had one male Baltimore Oriole. In the same tree there was a male Rose-breasted Grosbeak. On Listowel Road, I had a male Bobolink. White-crowned Sparrows have been in the garden since the 4th of May. Very attractive bird. No American Tree Sparrows, however, since May 2.  White Trilliums are open in profusion at field’s edge.
