– Comments: “Second ever for Peterborough CBC. Spotted by myself and seen by 2 other members of our group. Seen well circling low over a field just as the sun was coming up. Distinct pale belly and under-wings. Black crescent shape mid wing near elbow joint. Brownish neck, with light-brown back and top of wings. Barred wingtips visible. Documentation will be sent to CBC Coordinator.”
