– Comments: “Muted reddish brown cap, white supercillium, black eye line including lore, un-streaked off white breast, white wing bars, long notched tail. It was seen twice with binoculars, once on the ground below a black oil feeder and once on the tray of a silo style black oil sunflower feeder.”
