– Comments: “same location (hydro corridor) as reported day earlier by D.Sutherland; first observed with numerous EAKI at top of leafless trees on south side of northern most hydro corridor, later observed on northern side of south corridor.  Did not hear calling but it stayed in same location long enough to get the scope on it and was able to clearly see the distinct ‘vest’, orange on lower mandible and at one point white patches on back.”
