Barred Owl decides to hang out at MNR Building in downtown Peterborough
A Barred Owl hung out at the MNR at George and Charlotte streets this afternoon ( 17 Jan 15). It was right outside the front entrance to the building! Ernie Basciano, Carl Welbourn and Tim Corner
